NuNX is a work-in-progress software modification or alternate firmware for Samsung NX cameras using the DRIMe4 SoC, so the Samsung NX300, NX2000, NX30, and their variants.

Current status: For the NX300, I have a modified bootloader that supports a debugging shell, booting from SD card, UART I/O over the microUSB port, and more. I’ve built the Linux kernel from source and fixed a few bugs in it on the way. The basic hooking through PAHIL just about works, and I’m now getting into actually modifying the firmware proper.
